Your Program Hosts – Niki Tudge and Louise Stapleton-Frappell

Niki Tudge

Niki is a Certified Dog Trainer and Dog Behavior Consultant. In addition to an M.B.A,  and business degrees from Oxford Brookes University Niki is also a qualified corporate leadership coach and trainer and she holds the prestigious Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Six Sigma is a statistical based methodology of improving business processes by eliminating defects that impact business profitability and quality) Niki’s professional credentials include; PCBC-A with the Pet Professional Accreditation Board, AABP- Professional Dog Trainer, AABP- Professional Dog Behavior Consultant, PCBC-A,. Niki has a Diploma in Animal Behavior Technology, and a Diploma in Canine Behavior Science & Technology. Niki is also an accomplished people trainer. She holds credentials such as HCITB TS1, TS2 & TS3, is a certified Team Facilitator and Project Manager and has authored four books called People Training Skills for Pet Professionals and Get Coaching Now, Training Big for Small Businesses and a Kids’ Comprehensive Gide to Speaking Dog!

Niki has published many articles on dog training and dog behavior and her pet dog training businesses have been featured in many publications including The New York Times. Niki is the founder and president of the PPG, DogNostics Career Center, The DogSmith and is the President for Doggone safe. Niki was born and raised in England but at an early age set out to fulfill her dream of seeing the world. Her career in hotel management not only provided her with the means to work and live in many different countries but it also gave her real-world business experience that is now readily used in her business ventures

Louise Stapleton-Frappell

Louise is on the Board of Directors of PPG; the membership manager of The Pet Professional Guild British Isles and a partner and faculty member of DogNostics Career Center. Originally from Yorkshire, England, Louise has constantly built on her knowledge and furthered her education in the field of force-free, rewards and science-based dog training. She was one of the first 20 people worldwide to become a Professional Canine Trainer – Accredited and is also a Professional Canine Behavior Consultant – Accredited, both through the Pet Professional Accreditation Board. Louise is a Certified Trick Dog Instructor and shares her passion for tricks with her dog Jambo, who, at the age of just 16 months, became the first Staffordshire bull terrier ever to become a trick dog champion.  Louise is a passionate advocate of force-free training, promoting a positive image of the “Bully” Breeds and advocating against Breed Specific Legislation in favor of breed neutral laws and education about dog bite safety and prevention

Louise gained her CAP3 with distinction and holds verified certification in animal behavior and welfare (Edinburgh University) and dog emotion and cognition (Duke University). She is a steering committee and education committee member of The Pet Professional Guild and regional coordinator of Doggone Safe in Spain.

Louise is the creator of the DogNostics’ Dog Trainer Certificate Program , a  unique program aimed at increasing the knowledge and training skills of both dog guardians and pet professionals. She has presented at conferences internationally and has gained a reputation for expertly teaching and training humans and canines at her own establishment, The DogSmith of Estepona, in southern Spain.
